Whether it’s excitement or necessity that brings you here, my role is to keep you clear-eyed and steady as you find what feels right. I don’t sell houses - I help people make grounded, regret-free decisions about where their next chapter begins.

Selling is rarely just a transaction. It’s the end of a chapter, and sometimes the letting go hurts. I help you see your home as others will - with objectivity, care, and respect - so you can move forward with confidence, not regret. I bring honesty, calm, and perspective to a process that too many treat as performance.

Buying and selling real estate is a big deal — but it’s not rocket science. You don’t need hype. You need trust. Work with someone who tells you the truth, stays steady through the noise, and walks beside you from start to finish - and long after.

1. listen

Everything starts with a real conversation. What matters to you, what lies ahead, what you need - that’s the foundation.

Are you busy? Are you a solo Realtor or part of a team? What is a “professional truth-teller”? What if my home isn’t ‘market ready,’ or I change my mind mid-process? Do you work outside Ottawa? Do you handle rentals or investment properties? What if I’ve h
I work with only a few people at a time so I can stay present. When I’m at capacity, I say so. If you’re ready to move and I can’t take you on, I’ll refer you to someone I trust. No overwhelm, no juggling, no disappearing.
Solo by design. I’m a licensed Ontario Realtor with Royal LePage Performance Realty. My husband, David, supports my practice as an unlicensed assistant — bound by confidentiality, professionalism, and ethics agreements. The relationship, and the responsibility, stay with me.
It means I’ll tell you what’s real, not just what’s easy — whether that’s timing, pricing, or strategy. My job isn’t to push a transaction; it’s to protect your interests.
That’s normal. Homes and people rarely start from a perfect place. We’ll adapt, pause, or reframe as needed. The goal is clarity, not speed.
I’m a member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board, which covers a wide area — from the city to nearby towns and rural communities. If you’re within that range, I can likely help. Beyond it, I’ll tell you if distance might limit what you deserve.
Occasionally — when it makes sense for an ongoing client relationship or broader plan. My focus is primarily on people and their goals, not the specific transaction.
Then we take it slow. We’ll rebuild trust in the process first, so you can move forward feeling grounded, guided, and informed — not guarded.
Text, email, phone, chat, or in-person. You hear from me — not a template or a rotating, faceless “team member.”
No — and that’s intentional. I’m not here to run plays or hit quotas. I work slowly enough to see what matters, and directly enough to say what’s true. I’m not a plug-and-play Realtor; I’m a fit-by-feel one.
I charge fairly for full service — transparent, no gimmicks. You’re investing in depth, not flash. I bring value and don’t negotiate my value. That said, my fees have sometimes met the circumstances.
No — and you wouldn’t want me to be. That’s okay. The best results come from fit, not force. Early alignment makes the entire process smoother.
When a client feels informed, grounded, and without regrets — that’s success. It’s less about the transaction, and more about having been seen, guided, and never rushed.

About me

about me

I’ve always been drawn to things that make sense - not the kind you engineer, but the kind of sense that emerges when you let something be and pay attention long enough to see the pattern.Simplicity comforts me. Coherence, proportion, restraint - they feel like honesty made visible. I find beauty in things that hold together, not because they’re forced, but because they belong. My approach

That’s how I see the world, and it’s how I see my work. I like clarity, parsimony, and decisions that age well. I like when effort disappears into ease, when what’s right feels obvious - not because it was planned that way or because it's easy, but because it was allowed to become that way.
Real estate happens to be where those instincts intersect with people’s real lives. It’s full of timing and tension, emotion and math. It demands both structure and flexibility. When it's done well, it feels less like control and more like calibration - a steady hand finding alignment between what’s possible and what’s true.I've found the most profound satisfaction doesn't come from a straightforward path, but from finding the way through when the route is obscured or seemingly blocked. I am drawn to the messy, high-stakes transitions where obvious answers fail. There is a quiet, durable kind of joy in sitting with that complexity - in navigating the friction until hidden patterns finally reveal themselves, turning a deadlock into a way forward.beyond the work
Outside of work, my life is simple by choice. I live with my husband, David, and our dog, Benny. I like quiet mornings, good light, and the small order of things in their place. I read, build and rebuild systems, think too much, and make bread on Sundays.
The throughline is the same: I care about what holds and survives - simplicity, honest work, new ideas, people's lived stories and authentic living. When something feels right, that’s when I'm happiest.
